Refund policy

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • 100% refund if not satisfied.
  • Electric products not refund - return & exchange policy.
  • Color and design of the product or packaging may vary.
  • Other terms and conditions applicable.
  • 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut.
  • In case of Exchange or Return, Both side shipping will be bear by customer no excuse on that.
  • Slightly color variation or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings.
  • Due to heavy dispatch and no workers in this pandemic situation tracking is not received on time. So make your customers understand before confirming orders

    • Perishable goods

    • Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products (if opened/used)

    • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

    • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

    Return Process

    1. Initiate a return request within 7 days by contacting SureBuyMart customer support.

    2. Once approved, pack the product securely in its original packaging.

    3. Ship the product to the return address provided.
